Doug has done great work for us with our propane fireplaces over the last two years. He is reliable, fair, and honest. Last year when it was close to Christmas and my house was freezing and I was worried, he was very compassionate and made time to come get it all fixed up. He has done work for us this year as well. I found Novacoast when I was looking to install a tankless water heater, and I am extremely happy I did. Blaine was responsive, honest, and always willing to answer any questions that I had. On the day of the job the crew were courteous and professional. They worked clean, and did a great job. The pricing was more than fair as well. A great group of folks that I would happily hire again.
