Esau Contracting

Alvin and i knew eachother for years. He called me to paint his kitchen Cabinet for his wife. I did a high quality job, the contract was hourly. After i finished and wife was happy. I submitted my bill. It was an hourly agreement. He paid me some but was $1500 short. The payment still needs to be paid Alvin.
