Each & EVERY time I've been to Total Hearing Centre in Woodstock, I've been given the appointment in timely manner & seen promptly.Receptionist/office manager/'PR person' Kelly is friendly, accommodating and efficient..could anyone ask more?
'Jaz'is personable, ever willing to attempt to solve my issues, and most importantly to my mind, does not try to brush off my continued complaints surrounding my increasing deafness & seems committed to helping with everything in her power.

Staff are conscientious and very helpful. You are not just another customer. They gave me the impression that they truly wanted to do the best job they could and make me happy with my hearing aids. Answered any and all questions thoroughly. They want satisfied customers.
Parking and access is very good.

I was impressed with and grateful for the client-centered care I received when seeking assistance and guidance regarding domes and re-programming for my hearing aid and cross. As an independent practitioner, Greg was knowledgeable, honest and non-partisan in his assessment of my needs and performance of the hearing aid/cross I already had.
