A vandal pulled out a 4-foot length of my windshield's weatherstripping. Duncan took the car in right away, spent about 15 minutes to restore it, and did not charge me. Definitely one of the good guys!

Excellent service, I had my brakes done and new snow tires for a really good price. They check and fix my brake lights and new wiper, for extra service at no charge. They take very good care of me. Vehicle broke down in Barrie on a Friday morning when I arrived from out of town. My parents and spouse had used Marshall's in the past and were satisfied with the service so I contacted their office and explained my situation. I run a small business up north therefore had to be back on Sunday. They asked if I could bring the vehicle in right away and leave it with them. They had already started pricing parts before I arrived to expedite the repair process. Within 2 hours I received a call to advise that my truck was ready for pick up. My bill was fair and reasonable for the parts and labour completed on very short notice. I would recommend this company to anyone.
