Our latest adventure to best buy took us on a new computer hunt. As of a few days ago our computer took its final resting place. Assist Business Centre came through for us in a big way, providing immediate service, low, low cost, and excellent, fast work. As travelers passing through (Strathmore, AB), needing documents (STACKS of documents!!) scanned to memory right away and not knowing who to turn to, we found Assist Business Centre right away. March 24/2020 I did not need to pick anything up, I just wanted information on a product they shipped to be repaired. I was not able to access it from their website. I dropped off a letter at the front door (I didnt have to go in - much appreciated).
Within 30 minutes, they called me telling me what they could do. With the pandemic situation, they have done/will do whatever they can do and I am satified with the steps they have taken. Thanks to the staff there. Stay well everybody.

CRN did printing for Aries Aviation Services for our log books and various tags and misc printing we needed. The staff were fast, customer satisfaction driven and on the ball with all our needs, questions and requirements for the print jobs. I was in panic mode when I came to this store - the power cord for my sons Cochlear implant batteries had conked out and it would take a few days to get a replacement shipped to us. Meaning he would not be able to hear during that time. Luckily for me Dexter was the first person in the store I talked to, and within two minutes he had figured out what I needed and even let me test it to make sure it worked. What a relief!! It ended up being less expensive, too. Friendly and knowledgeable!
