From my first contact with Julia, I knew I chose the right company to use for my businesses public barbecue event. She was very informative and helpful in the selection of the Inflatables. The crew set up and took down the inflatables flawlessly and quickly. I would 100% recommend Atlantis Inflatables to anyone having a get together, large or small. Party Max is my #1 place to purchase my event/party items all year round. I will avoid Party City & the young staff who do not know their products well or care about their jobs. At both Hamilton locations you will deal with a select few staff including the owner who provide excellent customer service tailored to your needs. This store can provide virtually any item Party City can with better customer service, comparable prices & its a local business.

We needed some tables and chairs for an outdoor party and this was the most cost effective spot in the area! The staff at the store and on the phone weren't the most friendly but they got the job done. The delivery and pick-up were right on time and they even let us use the tables for a few extra days because they don't pick up on Sundays - this was a true added bonus!! Thanks so much for the speedy pick-up and delivery. It was appreciated!

Our daughter wanted a Shopkins themed birthday party and not one Party store in Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener or Waterloo had Shopkins themed party supplies! Victoria Party Store had some but not all of what we needed so the owner Bina Patel drove to Toronto to get everything we needed for party favours and decorations! Amazing customer service and they have 100% of our business going forward for all of our party supplies! Thanks Bina!:)

I rented a tent, tables and chairs among other things. I was really impressed with the quality and condition of the rentals . I've rented elsewhere before and Fun Times Event Rentals has far superior quality than the other places I used in the past. I changed my order a few times adding and removing things as we got closer to our party date. Morris was so flexible with everything. He and his team were so nice to work with. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

We rented a beautiful tent for my brother's wedding reception. It was very bright, clean and spacious. We opted for a 50x50 square tent which allowed for easy mingling for guests, and was conducive to many different layouts. We loved that the tent had a lot of clear window space that showcased our country view outside, and also allowed for lots of natural light. Thank you to Tim and Margo for the fantastic customer service. Very pleased overall, and would highly recommend this company.

Reliable and trustworthy party rental. Jimela, the owner is very accommodating and deliver what really the client would like it to be. She is very professional in dealing with her clients surpassing any other party rentals I know. We went there with my wife to see personally the items we would like. And she constructively and positively suggests the items that would really fit the event. In a scale of 1 to 5, and 5 being the highest, absolutely my rating is 5, EXCELLENT!
