There are so many great things I could say about Rick and his team as he services all 3 of our vehicles. My van is the people mover. 4 teenagers girls to get around to sports and Rick has it running so well and it has over 200 000kms on it. Rick and his team were able to fix my air conditioner without it costing a fortune. And as far as getting my breaks done. He always has the best price and workmanship. Thanks so much Rick !

The muffler on my Honda Civic broke. The Honda dealership only replaces the entire exhaust system, which is extremely expensive. After reading the reviews online, I went with True-Centre. I gave them a call and was able to get my car inspected to figure out the best fix. The mechanic came in and explained the issue and had a convenient poster on the wall to show me what had to be replaced. They fixed it on the spot. It was reasonably priced. All the staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend

I just wanted to thank Wayne for being an honourable Mechanic. I took my Rav4 into the shop to have the rear brakes and rotors replaced due to a scraping noise from the rear wheels when braking. I received a call from Wayne telling me the brakes were fine and the noise was from rusted brake parts due to the car sitting through the Pandemic. He cleaned the rust from the back brakes at a reasonable price. He could of just went and replaced the rotors and pads and I would of never known. Thank you

This place is great!! I was quoted 175$ by my dealership to glue my bumper back in place after I broke the clip on a snowbank. Called this place on a whim today, went down and the guy glued my bumper and drilled a screw in less than 5 min and charged me 25$ plus tax. a few years back I had a 2000 ranger exhaust repaired at the Fairway location and for 40$ never had an issue again , today I had my 2002 Ranger repaired including a new muffler , not only was the price great but the treatment & speed at was exceptional . Nowadays' many shops take advantage of customers to get rich on each,but you and your team have won me over for life thru simply being open,honest & fair...repeat customers appears to me to be your desire , and you have that from me !!!

I was on my way to Barrie coming from London, when my car died on me. Passing by I saw The Auto Doctor and quickly turned in. I assumed it was the alternator that was the issue. When I walked inside I was greeted with great customer service and fair if not great pricing. They were on the phone ordering the part, had it shipped to the shop, and installed a brand new alternator within an hour. To be able to drop in without an appointment and have that amazing service, Id highly recommend!
