I can't say enough about this North Van Locost, they truly go out of their way to be helpful! Very genuine staff! I travel from out of province every couple of months to vist my aging mother. They are very accomidating to what vehicle would be suitable for us while I visit. They even pick me up from where I'm staying and return me at the end of my renting. Quick, efficient service when I rented a vehicle over the weekend. I didn't fill up the car which I was just being lazy, so I paid a higher rate for fuel, but this was explained at the time of picking up the vehicle so no surprises there. I had a car rental at this company in last week, I got a VW Jetta, and so surprise that they provide a new car to me which is 2014 series. The sales service is so patient as well. I also found that they have luxury car too (e.g. BMW and Benz). I will go to try a lux. car next time.... Lire plus
