Thank you Canada for such wonderful people everywhere. We were gladly surprised when we learned that the manager of this building is Ukrainian, she can help you in Ukrainian, Polish and English. We have been in Canada for 1 month and once we found this location we applied. Not only did we get a perfect call back, she followed up and supported up with all the processes for Newcomers. It's refreshing to see people who help with such dedication. I am in customer service and I rate this 5 star.

24/7 customer service, cleaner, maintenance and security is very helpful and accessible at any time. Resident Managers are also very responsive and takes immediate actions. Great location, and very quite structure. Parkades could use more attention though but content so far.

It is really an enjoyable experience living at Pembroke Estates for the past three years. I would really like to thank all the staff here especially the office staff Meisha who is always going the extra mile so that all our request are dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Pinnacle is home for me, I like the staff they are nice. I like my apartment and living downtown. I have an excellent view from my apartment, the building is very clean and renovated. They are always doing something to make it better improving for the people that live here. I have been here 12 years and will continue to live here by choice.

I have worked in a consulting capacity in the office of Rentex for about 9 months now or so. I believe some of these reviews may be previous tenants that may have been evicted for a number of different reasons (drug use, non payment of rent, etc), or are just plain haters. I do also believe tho, some negative reviews may be legitimate tenants that have had issues that took time to fix. Needless to say, I believe the company tries hard to please the tenants to the best of its ability. - SK

I have lived at Sunset Valley Apartments for the past 4 years. I have lived at other rental properties and living here has been by far the best experience with renting. This can be attributed to the Residential Property Managers, they really care about their tenants. The building is always kept very clean, sidewalks are always cleared of snow & ice, the grounds are beautifully landscaped. I love my apartment. I am very happy to call this my home.

i called the 24/7 customer service because my heater was not working and the whole unit is freezing they send a guy in my unit and that guy look like a chinise he said he fix the furnace but when i woke up in the morning the whole unit was freezing again that guy didnt fix the furnace properly i called again to request maintenance and they send a guy name Rico and thanks to him he was able to fix our furnace properly . thanks Rico

This is my 3rd year as a tenant and I must say , Norwood Village is the definition and representation of Canada as a whole and who we are as Canadian with Multiplicity of different races and cultural backgrounds of people living at Norwood Village .
It is a family Oriented Apartments , even with Kids it is very quiet and brings lots of Sanity and quietness for working class folks in the building . Never heard about stealing here .
