My vehicle's engine light began flashing while I was driving on the 401. Luckily, Rick's Automotive was the closest mechanic. I made a quick call to Rick, explained my situation and drove directly to his location. Within half and hour, the issue was diagnosed, arrangements were made for repairs the following day and Rick secured a ride for me to pick up a rental to continue my trip. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and I picked up my vehicle as scheduled. A-1 customer service!

Exceptional service and what great honest mechanics. You can feel the truthiness of them all that sets your concerns about your vehicle. And the prices are so reasonable. Cant say enough about how everyone should take their cars to Ricks.

Outstanding customer service!

Called Rick's Auto to have the lug nuts on one of the rear wheels tightened (discovered traveling home all 5 were very loose; loud clunking noise) and asked how much it'd be. Was told to come on down. Not only did Rick promptly correct the issue on the rear tire, but actually went ahead and made sure all my tires were secured (they weren't). He took care of it, and did so in exchange for nothing more than having a good word be put out. He's earned my business for any future repair needs!
