First, they did not negotiate with my insurance and I was told to return the car by my insurance but the rental company said they would charge me $250 for less than a day of use. Later when I returned the car they said there is no damage on the car and signed the inspection sheet with no damage noted. But later they called saying the bumper is damaged and that they would send photos and documents ASAP. I have not received any yet!!! They are scam! Avoid them!

Used this rental company to rent a truck to help me haul some new stuff to my new store. very pleased with both the service and value of price.

I was refer to this company by the tow truck that towed my truck - he told me that they would deliver and set up my car ASAP at the time of my car crash. In next the few hours I had a car delivered to my house - David took brought all the paper work and guided me through the rental process alongside the insurance factor of having my car covered. Beyond pleased with him and his service.

Rented a truck from this company for several weeks actually as I am a new comer to the city - so had to move around my stuff from up north. The prices were maybe a little bit high in my opinion. But their customer service, cars and experience they provided me with was amazing.

Was referred to them by a friend I will say I am quite surprised with my overall experience as prior car rentals I have gone through have made me hate my experience with them

Avoid to deal with Car Rental Company Pro Car & Truck Rental Inc !!! They use drivers after collision when they are in bad mood and psychologically weak to sign agreement with unclear conditions. They are lying when set price for car: tell you one price but charge your insurance company with higher prices. They pick up rental car from my house place, but in 5 days, they called and said about hood damage. Moreover, they charged me (without my permission) by $300 when I was out of Canada. Avoid!

Charge me two times, cannot get my money back... Terrible service.

I was involved in a collision with my kids in the car, and my car had to be towed and I was stuck with 2 kids and no way around. Pro car rental provided an excellent service they arrived at the body shop and brought me the rental car. Everything ran so efficiently from beginning to end. Highly recommended! I don't remember the name of the guy but he was very professional and friendly. 2 thumbs up from this mom!

Got a rental car delivered at 1 am after having been in accident. The service was fast and reliable and the car was clean. Professional, would definitely recommend.

My rental was delivered to me on very short notice. It was a clean car and a smoke free environment just like I requested. The gentlemen over the phone even let me keep the rentel for a couple extra days than we previously agreed on. Great service overall.

Awesome service! After my accident the vehicle was brought to my house at 12:45 am. Had to be at work the next morning and was able to make it thanks to these nice gentlemen. When it was time to return the vehicle they said it had be back by 3:30. Very well priced and would strongly recommend this company and paramount towing as well.

I would not recommend this rental company. Yes they will deliver rental car to you, however when it comes to billing, they tell you one daily rate and tell your insurance company a much higher rate. Which I find it's really unethical. The wiper fluid ran out after only using it two times, which doesn't reflect good on their car's maintenance condition. When you call them to inquire additional charges, don't expect an answer. The owner kept on giving excuses and not providing a straight answer.

Great Experience! They bring a clean rental to the scene even at 4 am with no extra charge. Customer service was excellent, and were happy to answer any questions I had along the way. When it came to returning the rental, it was quick and easy and no headaches what so ever and if it came to needing a rental again, I would not hesitate to choose them again.

I would give them a 0 star if I could. First of all, the owner shows little to none professionalism. Secondly, their business practice is questionable. Their rentals were kept in such poor condition that has damages everywhere and tires are not properly balanced. When you return your rental, they brush you off tell you everything is ok. Days later, they will charge your credit card without telling you for some damages on the car you have no clue about. Avoid this place at all cost.

I was approached by this company on site at my motor vehicle collision. They promised me a comparable rental and that they have worked with my insurance company previously. I was then given a small car, not comparable to the SUV I usually drive. I was asked to sign the agreement in the front seat of a car in the dark where I could not read the fine print. They went over the fine print with me skipping that if I returned the car early I would be charged $250.
